Zebrahead is coming over for Halloween in The Netherlands. Do you think the Dutch party will compare to the real deal in America?
We have played a Halloween show in Eindhoven before and it was awesome! We actually have been looking forward to this show for a long time! Dynamo has always been great to us. The venue is aweome and the people there are cool are always down for a good time. The last time we played in Eindhoven it was the best Halloween party I have ever been to.

How much do you love Halloween?
It’s my favorite Holiday of the year! I love it more than R. Kelly likes pissing on people.

Is that dude still pissing around?
Ha! Yeah… Once you start pissing on people… You never stop.

What will be your Halloween costume this year?
I can tell you but then I’d have to kill you.

If you had to choose between a Chad Kroeger costume or a Kanye West costume, which one would you pick?
I would mix it up and go as Kanye Kroeger. It would look like hiphop butt rock for your listening pleasure.

What is your most embarrassing Halloween experience?
One time I showed up at a Halloween party and Paris Hilton and I had the same costume on. We were both dressed like sluts.

We all know you’re perfectly able to provide a good time to anyone who visits one of your shows. Same goes for the albums. Zebrahead definitely has a signature. Unlike other bands, you haven’t drastically changed your band. Is that on purpose or because you feel really confident with the current formula?
We have never tried to follow trends in music. We write music we like to play and luckily our fans like to listen to it. We’re stoked to be in the position we are and we owe that to our fan base. However, we would love try to be a human centipede with Zebrahead.

It is incredible how you have outlived many bands by now. Unlike any crappy metalcore band that pops up now and then. Bands like blink-182 and Bowling For Soup really had their issues, but you seem to keep getting stronger. Two questions: is it hard to see (befriended) bands struggle and what is your secret?
It’s always tough to see friend’s bands struggle and break up. I think sometimes people forgot how lucky they are to play music for a living and let the little things get to them. We get to travel around the world and play music. The secret is appreciating that and also… We are all hung like donkeys.
